Arcu Architecture established in 2005 by John Cottam and George Kapodistrias, experienced, skilled and talented architects.We have over 60 years of joint professional experience and an extensive portfolio of successful projects carried out in Cyprus, United Kingdom, Middle East, Bulgaria, Greece and Bermuda.
Our work includes private and developer housing and apartments, commercial development, hotels and leisure, offices, medical, educational, restoration, industrial, interior design and urban regeneration projects, ranging from £100,000 to £ Multi million.

George Kapodisrias and John Cottam undertake all of the professional work directly, from initial design to completion, on the basis of an agreed professional fee, advise, and work in close collaboration with Clients at all stages of the project.

We also design and build exclusive small scale Residential Developments of upper market private villas for sale, in superb locations. Please enquire about our current development project of four 3-4 bedroom bespoke villas in a private, gated development.

We work to Clients budget and programme, and to an agreed professional fee, and we do not compromise on our ability to deliver design quality, high building standards and levels of professional service to our Clients.
